The Canon imageFORCE C331 is an A4 colour multifunctional designed for businesses that need dependable colour printing, copying, scanning and document management for everyday office workflows.

With print and copy speeds of up to 33 pages per minute for A4 documents, the imageFORCE C331 provides efficient colour document production for small and medium-sized office environments. It combines practical performance with modern connectivity and document management capabilities.

The imageFORCE C331 features a 10.1-inch WSVGA colour touch panel, 4.5GB RAM and a standard 256GB SSD for convenient operation and efficient document processing. It supports Print, Copy, Scan, Send and Store functions, with optional Fax available.

For document digitisation, the imageFORCE C331 uses a single-pass duplexing automatic document feeder with a capacity of up to 100 sheets, supporting efficient two-sided scanning and document workflows.

The machine provides a standard paper supply capacity of 650 sheets and can be expanded to a maximum of 2,300 sheets with optional paper feeding units. Mobile and cloud printing support includes AirPrint, Mopria, Canon PRINT, uniFLOW Online, Universal Print and Cloud Connector.

Security features include user authentication, encrypted secure print, encrypted PDF, TLS 1.3, IPSec, IEEE 802.1X authentication, WPA3 support and SSD data encryption.
