Delivery Information

Postage fees & charge

We currently provide delivery services to Peninsular Malaysia, as well as Sabah and Sarawak. The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. Multiple items can be fit into one box. You can work out delivery costs for your purchase using the delivery cost calculator in Shopping Cart. Otherwise, delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.  Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.


For Singapore and international shipping fee please contact us before purchase or contact us via fb page messenger whatsapp , we have shipping charging based on the weight of the item you are purchase.

 

Order received will be processed and shipped out on next day. the delivery will take place within 3-7 working days. We also will take into consideration of product availability and will advise according if any delayed in delivery time. Your parcels are delivered using the local courier services via poslaju . Currently we only available to ship to peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case). Once your order have been packed, an email will be sent to you to inform that your order has been dispatched. The consignment note as well as URL to track your order’s status will be included in the email. We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out by the next day but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. we hope our beloved customers might note that Yeely Copier does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. however, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.


Self-collect

When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from store location at Sungai Petani and avoid paying delivery charges. Simply select the Pick Up In-Store option. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up. Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. When picking up your items, you're required to supply a copy of your order, NRIC and credit card used to make the purchase. (If you pay via FPX, your credit card is not required).
Our Office hours are from Monday to Friday 8 am- 5.30 pm, excluding public holidays.


Installation services

For large items such as copier that require extensive and/or complex assembly/installation, we are happy to arrange this service for you with a reasonable fee.
